Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unused or defective merchandise. All returns will be treated as refunds; your credit card will be credited for the amount of the order less shipping and handling. If you’d like a different gift bag or tissue paper, please place a new order. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in resalable, original condition and can not be used. Place the merchandise in a box or package with your original invoice, then send the package back to us via insured mail. No COD returns will be accepted. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. A merchandise return slip is included with all shipments.
